The world-famous liquid nitrogen ice cream has come to Hong Kong!
With the first stop in Tai Hang, Lab Made has since spawned into multiple locations around HK and now one more newly opened Lab Made Cafe in Causeway Bay. With the use of extremely cold liquid nitrogen at -196℃, the creamy raw materials would be rapidly frozen right before your eyes around by lots of dramatic clouds of icy mist. It only takes 60 minutes for them to provide you a much smoother and softer experience. Also, all the goods are never stored in a cooler, thus allowing for super fresh weekly changed flavours.
