Top ice cream experience in Lab Made HK

The world-famous liquid nitrogen ice cream has come to Hong Kong!  With the first stop in Tai Hang, Lab Made  has spawned into multiple location in Hong Kong and now a newly launced Lab Made Cafe in Causeway Bay. With the use of extremely cold liquid nitrogen at -196℃, it will only takes 60 seconds for freezing the creamy raw materials  with tons of dramatic clouds of icy mist right before your eyes. As opposed to the traditional methods, this freshly lab made ice cream is supposed to be much smoother and more creamy. Also,  Lab Made provides weekly changed and intense fresh flavors because the goods  have no need to be stored in a cooler. Here is a short video shot by me at Causeway Bay.
