Have you ever tried rice dumplings? If the answer is “NO”, then you are lucky! Go to Tai Po, there is delicious rice dumplings.

People will not only eat Dimsun in restaurants, they also buy them in street markets. Dimsun is a neglected part of Hong Kong culture, which brings happiness to citizens here. Ms Lam has been making super delicious rice dumplings together with other Canton Dimsun in Tai Yeun Markets more than 20 years. She insists using nature ingredients also paying attention on health. Before her  retirement, she decides to teach people working in street markets to produce hand-made Dimsun.

Selling Dimsun in rebuilt new street market, people like Ms. Lam own great expatiation for their future.
